Pitch 3.50mm wire to board connector TU3501 series ‘s housing plug is crimp type mating with a SMT type or through-hole type PCB header. This series is designed to have a low profile with high withstanding voltage. Other notable features include a front latch on the housing plug aimed to improve mating retention and avoid disconnection during vibration. The front latch also acts as a fool proof mechanism preventing any potential damages caused by wrong insertion. On the PCB header, a post is included as a fool proof mechanism and increases stability during mounting. There are also solder tabs features to hold down and secure the connector during mounting, mating and unmating. The base material used here is phosphor bronze and the only available circuit size is 02.
